Unfortunately we do not have polls here anymore. A couple years ago the powers-that-be made an executive decision to do away with polls & go strictly to mail-in ballots (without consulting the people that I'm aware of).
I hate it!!
I felt more like I was taking part in the process by walking to my polling place, standing in line, & punching out my ballot.
