A consideration I overlooked in my previous post. The sort of flack who sets up this kind of situation usually intends to embarrass someone, and rarely cares who his victim is. The victim in this case was very likely offered neither privacy in which to change nor even time to consider the possibility of removing the jeans after donning the kilt. Mea culpa.
