What a splendid bit of fun, Courtmount. The kilt may not be absolutely perfect but, a step or two away and I'm sure it is truly effective. A brilliant idea which no doubt reflects your personality to a 'T'!!
And to think that this can be seen on the streets of my home city - Pompey!

I like it for two reasons.
First, it shows a certain playfullness that suggests sumpreme confidence.
Second, It makes my pink kilt look downright subdued!

Is your pink kilt pink or Hodden Grey? If the former please post a picture for the education of us all.

'E don't obey no orders unless they is his own,
He keeps his side arms awful,

Until up comes the Regiment and kicks the 'Eathen out.

You can let us know what they are like - they did not look all that convincing to me.
I have not worn the Hi-Vis job in Pompei, but do wear the DPM 'un as apres Hash wear, I had it on this evening.
Do you have a decent Hodden Grey in your collection?

Well, we shall see. I am adding it to The Kollection with thoughts to the future rather than for actual wear but, knowing me, it will probably get a few outings (if it is worth wearing at all!)

Yes, that makes sense - I doubt I would wear it in the city either! Although I have worn several of my Utilikilts and TFCKs there, in addition to my regular tartan kilts.

Alas, no! I did have one many years ago, before starting the Kollection. It was given to me but was far too small and I could never have worn it. Result: I passed it on. On reflection, it would have been cheating to have had it in the Kollection because all the 86 kilts forming it were either tailored for me or have been bought in my size for me to wear. I should love to have one though, as they are certainly very smart and attractive.
