Oh wow John - and then you had to pack everthing up, still wet and drive back to Florida! It's going to take you days to get everything cleaned up and dried out and doubtless some things will be lost forever beyond repair or drying out will solve.
Flood sale?
And the new tent that you lost, is it repairable?
No advance warning?
My thoughts go out to you. Hang in there. Buy mildew powder.

James,
The new tent was not really lost, I know were it went. When I left it was still up in the light pole.
We had maybe 15 min. warning, when it hit I was packing kilts.

Kiltedmusiclover,
That OK, I had to laugh too the tent was twenty foot long and the bottom of it hanging from the Light pole was over ten feet in the air. The pole had metal spikes out two sides so you could climb it. That is what it got hung on.

John, sorry to hear of your misfortune. We kept an eye on the clouds all the way home. They seemed worse around Camden, but we only got a shower without much wind.
I hope the goods are OK.
