    (All the areas I'ld be worried about aren't in Buffalo proper.)

    No no no - targeting Buffalo good, targeting Greater Buffalo-Niagara region bad.
    But, to show I'm fair, in addition to Buffalo I'll grant you Amherst, Cheektowaga, Depew, Clarence, and Tonawandas.

    I'll third that. And there's also the Hters/Niagara Falls possibility, too.
