White's Boots has a lineman boot that looks like it might satisfy your requirements. It's knee high, could be used for hunting, I suppose, and if you overlook the aggressive treads, could be dressy if you keep them shined up.

    Regards,
    Rex.
At any moment you must be prepared to give up who you are today for who you could become tomorrow.

    Regards,
    Rex.
I am VERY familiar with these boots being used in hunting. One of my "fondest" memories is when my feet stopped growing, I got my "Whites" (over 50 years ago.) It was like a "rite of passage". My Grandfather, Dad, & uncles all wore them. Hunting & "tromping around in the woods. I have no idea when they got them, but the earliest pictures I have of them, (up on the property,in the 30s, show them being worn.

They are spendy, but if you take care of them, they will last a lifetime. (they are meant to be USED.. Whites will resole, restitch or even rebuild. (if you are lucky enough to be close to Spokane WA, it gets even better) My boots over the 50 years, have been resold a couple of times ( now have the "lug soles, as opposed to the "corks" that I wore for years ) plus some minor restitching.

If you are interested, contact WHITES & tell them what you are looking for. You might be surprised what they can do for you.
