In the second picture, it looks like Mark is thinking, "Hmmm, I can shave him down and make at least a dozen more sporrans!"

    Looking very sharp Mark.

Sam Is my sidekick (never kick a big dog), He is an Old English Sheep Dog and has NEVER been shaved ( i like the flowy hair thing, kinda reminds me of a big Sporran). My Sporran that I am wearing is Angora sheep. I think Sam feels at home around it.
Yes I make my own pipe banners with my new Gigantic Embroidery machine. I'm learning fast how to use it and just have a great time with it as well as make some extra $$$.
MPD now has one of its own as Piper. I have ordered my own Doublet to wear for MPD (at my own expense) and can't wait till it comes in.
I LOVE my Kintails with rocket reed drones. They are so nice and smooth.

    Doublet

I ordered the Doublet from Ian at Glenngary hats.com.
I even had the chance to speak with him on the phone to make sure that the measurements were just right.
I ordered it in Navy blue with gold trim and silver cording. The cuffs and collar as well as the epulets will be black ,and the buttons will be gold. Not a sharp contrast yet it will be striking.
Now i need a full pipers plaid BW and feather bonnet.and it will be complete.
Let me know your grandfathers name and I will find his site and send some photos.

Memphis' Elmwood Cemetery is such an historic treasure: www.elmwoodcemetery.org . Tours are conducted regularly.

Over 70,000 burials, including veterans from the Revolutionary War to present. Twenty CSA generals too. Still lotsa spaces left too. Many of the Victorian monuments are absolutely priceless in terms of value and grandeur.

I pipe several funerals there annually. It's the only cemetery I take my time leaving when the job's over.

    Slainte yall,
    steve

My grandparents and uncle, who died in an air battle during WWII, are buried there.
