Cravats of sort I guess. The places I have bought mine from call them "ruche" ties. Got a couple off ebay and the others from internet vendors, have several in different colors. Kind of like hose, like to have them accent whatever kilt colors I happen to be wearing. They are cheap enough if you keep your eyes out for them at the right price.
