While not much in comparison to, say, Wyoming, it can get mighty windy here in Northern Colorado. That's been the worst to deal with. Always on guard with my aprons flying up. The back? Well, that's what they get for living in a free society!

Yeah its windy around here too, often gusts of over 40, or even 50 mph. I find cargo pockets and an under apron pocket can take care 3/4 of the kilt, but I don't have a solution for the back.
It's also hot and humid here, but upper 80's can't compare with 100+
Most people would probably consider 10-20 below zero with strong winds to be horrible, but as far as I'm concerned, that's heaven.
