The rep failed to give me this bit of info. So now I have the kilt again and I had to pay for its return. So I will not be buying any kilts from them ever again! And I think their customer service is terrible. I think that their reps in the return dept need to have a script in front of them to avoid any miscommunication and not give out any bits of info a little at a time.
While I actually agree that UK customer service does not always have the greatest reputation (and I am UK wearer), I can't help but note that in this thread you describe buying a denim cut UK at their Seattle store back in June, and apparently wearing it out and about. If this is the same kilt, IMO you can't fault them for not accepting it for return unless there was some manufacturing defect that you couldn't discover when you bought it.
