Our Dress Model is normally made with straps & Buckles. It can be done in any of our 35 stock fabrics.

If you want a different pleating style we have done some Cargo Models with Straps & Buckles and left off the buttons.

You can then choose how many pockets you want and have them placed almost anywhere you want.

Hmmmm....... Does/can the Cargo have a full apron and straps?

The Cargo Model can be done with straps.
The Apron can be almost full width but must be slightly smaller because of the Side Slash Pocket placement.
Basically what you are asking for is the Dress model with 1 1/2" pleats.
