I've never been to Edinburgh but I can imagine how much it must detract from the city. 
It's too bad that they haven't gotten enough negative exposure to truly affect their business. Or that the tourists aren't informed well enough to know what it is that they are really being sold.
I have always tempered my killing with respect for the game pursued. I see the animal not only as a target but as a living creature with more freedom than I will ever have.
