I got my full dress starter kit (Argyll, vest, tank in my family tartan, hose, ghillies, flashes, belt, and all the clan accessories, plus a balmoral and fly plaid) from JHiggins in Kansas. I felt like with that much expensive stuff there was a high likelihood of getting dinged big time with customs fees if I ordered it all at once from anywhere in Scotland. But if I were going to order it from Scotland, I would definitely order it from Scotweb-----fair prices for high quality goods, and phenomenal service and accessibility, not to mention the 10% (give or take) discount you get by accessing their site through the advert top right of this page.
