Advice on pleating arrangement

Hi,
I would pleat to the stripe that stands out. I think it is the white stripe. Don't worry about what happens on the inside of the kilt, nobody sees the inside but you.

PS - I hate to do anything but equal inside and out.

I would say go for the pleat to stripe.
