Sweet!. There are few( probably none when I think of it ) kilties in Iceland. Some people just have a pakistani made junk and claim it's real and often wear it backwards. I don't know of any Icelander that has any interest in kilting or anything of that matter. And you almost got the name right, it's Stefán Sölvi Pétursson
