Looking for a buckle

The source I was looking at suppled both single and double prong.

The single prong buckle seem to have "stops" welded on either side to center the prong



The "stops" on the double prong only appear to be on one side (outside) - allowing movement to the center.



So, I assume you could remove one and center the other.
