No, it's Scottish Borderland, #5359 in the ITI. I was decapitating champagne bottles because people enjoy seeing me do it.

Amazingly, none. It's a pretty simple trick. There was one time, however, when someone gave me an unchilled bottle and the head flew much farther than I anticipated. Fortunately, no one was injured by the ricochet.
