JUst a thought but couldn't you simply wear two pair of standard hose?

Wha? That's un-American to just go with a simple answer. By going out and buying soccer socks, we can find a use for them. Really, like anyone plays soccer in this country. We all know that they only hope to sell them to kilted people! Two pair of hose.. Blasphemy! Too simple an answer!
Though back to reality...
Kilt + Cowboy Boots? I am thinking that would be screwy, but then again, I don't know anybody that has both to determine just how bad that would be.
