Members of the Society of Antiquaries of Scotland, who are Fellows of the Society, receive the Proceedings as part of their annual membership. Sometimes "The Proceedings" are interesting, often they're not.
Fellows of the Society may append "FSA (Scot.)" after their name, if they so choose. There are a number of Fellows of the Society on this forum.
