    Um, in that picture you have 7 pleats on one side of the join, and eight on the other. Is there a reason for that? Say, for example, that was just a fold-up for the picture and not actually how the kilt will pleat up?

    good catch, I think I might have to take a closer look at what I was doing when I rolled it out in the AM.

    So I couldn't sleep because this was on my mind ... ended up being a folding error. I added an extra flap on the under apron pleat of the over apron side. Easy fix, thanks goodness. Best wishes. -EW
