Day 1:

washed and dried fabric x2 - the fabric is a medium weight black cotton canvas that is sturdy and easier to work with then heavy duck cloth canvas.

laid it out, ironed and cut to size:

Hemmed the edge - I used a small carpentry t-square as a guide to ensure an equal fold.

Pined, ironed, and stitched the hem.

Drew the fell line.

measured out the apron and then started with the 14 pleats (5" plus a 2" reveal)

After I was done I folded it all up to see if my math was correct.
