I have a few friends who are cast of BSG and I'm trying desperately to get one (or more) to grab kilts. Last year I almost managed it; we went to find the UtiliKilt stand at Dragon*Con, but no luck with merchandise. Was hoping for something earlier in the year at San Diego Comic-Con too, but had no luck there either. Maybe this year.
Derek, you are a modest guy.
Check out Derek's website. Great photos and there's Derek's bud, Richard Hatch! You have an interesting career.
I remember 'Roper Room' when it first orginated. Before your time.

I appreciate your kind words; thank you. I seem to have a lot on my plate at the moment with various projects...
I had Richard ready to go get a Utilikilt, but alas, no luck. Again, maybe this year! Who knows... I think it'd be great though!

Jacket has arrived.
The jacket arrived, today! I was sweating out the size, but it fits perfectly. I am really happy with the purchase. The liners in the chest and sleaves zip out so it will function for more than one season.
I got an email notice today also, from the Intergalactical Trading Company that the credit card # probably had a transposed number as it didn;t go through. So, I need to rectified that before I get the badges for the coat. So you may see a pix without the badges soon.

I can relate; I actually started my Ebay account in '99 or whatever specifically to purchase Iron Maiden stuff. My account name was "infinitedreams"...

Seventh Son is to this day my favorite metal album. I got it the day it came out in '88, and I still can't get enough of it. What a brilliant album...

Y'know... I actually hated "Seventh Son" when it came out. I really did. Now it's my favorite Maiden album next to "Somewhere In Time"; it's brilliant.
I think I'll play it now! *...hear the Mandrake scream!*
Back on-topic to BSG; how cool would it be to modify the "Dress Grey" uniform with an appropriate kilt, too? That'd be wild.

I think that would look awesome with a Nightstalker! Or a black modern, like an Amerikilt.
