I am blatantly ignorant of the traditions of the London Irish, so my question may be remarkably dumb, and for that I ask your indulgence. The only Irish types I met were canucks from Sudbury (2 Irish Regiment of Canada), and I never saw them in parade dress.
No, as the Guards are not a Rifle regiment, and in the IG, only the pipes and drums wear the kilt. The aforementioned Irish Regiment of Canada is, to my knowledge, the only "Irish" regiment in the Commonwealth wear all ranks wore kilts.
