The WPG hose are solid wool and tightly knit, so they don't stretch at all. I expect their large size would fit a size 11 foot just fine, but my 13's just were not to be contained.
I'm thinking about hacking off the front half of the foot portion and adding a new one in stretchy acrylic.
I elected instead to try the "British Indian Army Khaki Full Hose" from WPG. These "original khaki wool full hose made for the old Indian Army" came with a tag reading "Made in Pakistan." Between that and the exhorbitant shipping price for one pair of hose and one sporran (over $15), I won't be shopping there again.
Hopefully the UK Khaki Full Hose from WPG are better than what I got from them.

Well, the Pakistani army does contains regiments that were part of the Indian Army before Partition in 1947...
