Jacket sleeve length is fine, don't "fix" it. That is traditional jacket sleeve length (to first joint of thumb). There's another thread, back a ways, about jacket sleeve length in which Johnny Carson was blamed for shortening jacket sleeves so he could "shoot" cuffs.
