Absolutely amazing. Almost as amazing as the discovery of an ancient buried copper wire in Rome two years ago. It was of some length, and rather then try to dig it up archeologists sent an electrical charge through the wire and then traced it above ground and discovered, to their amazement, that it ran from the site of Nero's palace all the way to the coliseum. Several weeks later a similar underground wire was found in London, and when charged with sufficient electric current it was discovered to run all the way to the Roman encampment near Peterborough, some sixty miles north of the city.
Now the point of all this is that recent archeological digs in Scotland have failed to uncover any underground copper wires, which has led archeologists at Glasgow University to conclude that the Ancient Scots probably had wireless technology well in advance of the Romans.

Makes perfect sense to me. Scots have always been on the cutting edge of invention.
