As people from outside of the UK have given their take on the Union Flag, maybe she has or has not a take on Puerto Rico.
Currently as an unincorporated territory of the United States it has no status with regard to the flag unless and until a plebiscite gives it full statehood. Then it would add the 51st star.
Wales, on the other hand, is a fully incorporated territory of the United Kingdom
