Cordura is a Brand Name of what is called High Tenacity Nylon. It used to me heavy and stiff for outerwear jackets and rain gear.
There are lighter and suppler versions out now and for a paintball Kilt I would prefer Cordura over PVC coated Polyester hands down.
Still not what I would want to wear but then again I don't paintball.

Hmm... Well, if I want to build a paintball kilt, now I know what to get.

I'm still searching for some yardage of the Desert Storm vintage "Night Desert Camo" for a casual kilt. I have (over)pants made of the stuff, it's nylon/cotton like regular BDUs.

The pattern was debunked by the test labs and the fabric has disappeared. It turned out that OD and desert tan camo were better than NDC at hiding in the desert at night.
