    Actually it's not about PC behaviour, it's one of money and sponsorship.
    And it's not a state event either.....
    But it seems so very short sighted for all the smaller producers, I hope they won't lose out entirely to the "big boys"

    My theatre works with many events and festivals and these types of "bans" are rarely about the "state" and are almost always about money and sponsorship turf. A quick read of the article in the link reveals that this is the case here, too.
