Pipes over Half Dome

Playing bagbipes on top of Half Dome is spectacular.
The next step will be an astronaut playing it in the International Space Station.
There certainly one of them who can play the bagpipes and carry it in orbit.

I trust that the piper would have the courtesy to take along a set of chamber pipes. . . . . . The GHPipes in an enclosed small space can be positively painful!

I haven't heard it on the pipes either, so to my mind, it's possible until a piper explains to me why it's not possible.
