I was talking with my wife this afternoon about making a trip down to see the museum sometime. Unfortunately I didn't know about the Taste of Scotland Festival or we'd have been there. I didn't see anything posted about it on X Marks. We went down to Blairsville 2 weeks ago after learning about it on X Marks and met Turpin and Wompet there. Sorry we missed seeing them again, meeting Matt and visiting the museum for the first time. We are in Pigeon Forge for the summer.

Sorry you missed it. You are right, I really should have posted something on XMarks about it. I generally do, but this year the time just got away from me. It was advertised pretty heavily in the local papers and free tourist papers. The museum actually had a tent down at the Blairsville festival handing out information about our Taste of Scotland (and looking up tartans for folks, as well).

It's always Father's Day weekend, so be sure to mark your calendar for next year. (And I'll try to be better about posting inforation here!)
