Yes, my youngest son's 7th grade English teacher and her husband own the shop (Wooley's). It's frozen custard instead of ice cream.

Wooley's is pretty good. I was surprised how similar their custard was in taste and texture to ice cream. Of course, when you add fruit (like bananas and cherries) and chocolate sauce, everything's better! Well, maybe not everything, but you get the idea.
