The girls from 'Make It Sew' costumers started their MIB thing at AllCon last year. They just told me to "show up in a MIB suit with a raygun" , I said OK, but surprised them with the kilt! I think a crew from Dallas has been doing a simular "Men in Black Watch" deal for a few years though.
