    Hi Gunni,

    Thanks - glad you like it. I'm also working on a Norwegian version that has the blue and red reversed.

    In addition to the flag colors, I was trying to evoke the snow and rain, the sea waves and the glimpse of a green shore, the glaciers and the northern lights. I don't know if it evokes that spirit, but I was hoping that it did.

    As always having an affinity for the Norse (& having also discovered them lurking in the family tree recently ) I too like what you have created, however for myself personally I'd like to reserve final judgement upon seeing the actual cloth.

    I rather like it - then again I am usually drawn to most distinctive designs - and this manages to blend being quite unique and stand-outish with being blended and pretty.

    The name is very good too! I quite like the idea of 'mythical' tartans!
