This definitely seems to have been a bad situation for all involved. I am glad that despite the tardiness, Wolfhawk did eventually receive his goods. It does seem that MacHummel has taken steps to prevent the situation from occurring for another customer, and I applaud him for having the integrity to own up to having made mistakes in the handling of the situation.
While not wanting to appear critical, I would like to alert Wolfhawk to the fact that the majority of internet retailers claim, and legally so, that their responsibility for the product ends when it is tendered to the shipper.
