Hamilton's of Galasheils Kilts are sold through many web retailers, including the gold bros, but for the price, they are an excellent value.

I agree, they do; but this is not made in the same way as the Heritage kilts that GB sell. I have a couple of those as well so I can compare directly.
It's also marketed with a different label and the materiel is a different and arguably better weave in my opinion. This kilt 'feels' much more wool-like than the heritage kilts I have and is 100 times better than the rather nasty acrylic Kilt I bought recently at twice the price!
I have no idea of the mill but at this price I assume it's not British. The label states "65% Viscose rayon, 35% Polyester" Photo's to follow.
