    Are we all looking at the same picture? The only picture I see with the news clip shows a maniquin wearing Scottish dress, the stark white plastic legs is a give away. And this picture is not backwards what looks like apron fringe, looks more like the fringe of a really low fly plaid. If you are all talking about another picture please point it out.
