Well, guess who's late to the party this time? (I've been pretty busy with lots of stuff.)
Heathbar, et al, don't miss the reception if you have tickets. It's nice, you can meet a lot of folks, eat good food, and where else do you get to dress up? ith:
How 'bout we meet at the Gordon tent at 11:00 AM? (I didn't see a time or place yet.) We've been known to wear red ribbons in the past, but that's optional. A dandelion in the cap might work well. I know the opening ceremonies are at 12:00, so we have to avoid that. Can you guys sing out on this proposal? We probably ought to get the times set now. If not at 11:00, then we can try 1:00 PM.
I spoke to SouthernScot tonight, and he's definitely planning for us to eat at the German restaurant again. (It's an official tradition now. This will be the 3rd year in a row!) Since he got married, he's a little busy what with all that honey moon stuff. (I'm worried about that boy. Looks a little pale.)
The restaurant is right outside the West Gate in the Village of Stone Mountain at the only real intersection you'll run into if you just go straight. It's only about 6-8 blocks up.
This ought to be a good turn out. You can dress up or go casual.
Turp, let us know if this works for you.

Fine with me. 11 or one Saturday works fine, and 11 on Sunday for those who only come that day - Parade of Tartans and Massed Bands is at 1:00 on Sunday, and I'm on call for that, as should all you tartan-wearers be to support your clans. Looking forward to seeing you all, and trading a skunk for a buckle with tyger forge.
