Pockets or not?

I have a kilt from our resident Wizard and the slit pockets are absolutely brilliant, invisible, and super handy. I'm sorry all my kilts don't have 'em.

I vote for slit pockets, and if I don't have those I prefer a waist pack to a sporran, even though I confess the latter looks better than the former. I've never been into cargo pockets on trousers, so I'm not especially keen on the idea of a cargo kilt, and don't own one, but I'd sooner have pockets than not.

Well, I don't have a kilt from our resident Wizard but I do have some with pockets, patch and slit. I think they're wonderful when not overused (read, too full).
