Grahams '03 is most definitely worth looking after and would probably be better to drink it in 25 to 40 years time. To store, find a dark, cool, dry place where the temperature does not vary too much, lay the bottles on their sides with the labels upwards so that you do not disturb the bottles when you are wondering what they are in 20 years time and then anticipate!

24 years will make my 90th birthday. I'll put a few bottles aside for that event, but most aren't going to last that long.

One should regard laying down some vintage port late in one's life as just like planting a tree, it is an act of faith. You most certainly will not enjoy it, your children may not and if they don't, your grand children will!
