Well, Christmas and New Year have come and gone, I've eaten the food, drunk the wine and beer and now, I'm still 13 kilo down ! I was 113kg in early November, now I'm 100kg and I want to reach 80kg if possible. I still use the fat-burning soup diet, though I've changed the sort of soups I'm making. I now make my own lentil-bacon broth/without the bacon ! and a fatless sort of creole/okra gumbo soup (no roux !). I relax slightly one day a week and permit myself a wee ration of flat bread or fat-free American Cheddar (which is also flavour-free !).
I had 4 pairs of trousers made at the start of November and now I can take them off and put them on without undoing anything. I can also take them off without undoing the leather belt (which is at the tighest notch !). I now have to deliberately try and push my stomach out to keep my trousers up. True ! At home I pulled my stomach in and the fastened trousers and belt fell down ! Time for the tailor again !
