Remember, Saint Patrick was likely from modern-day Scotland (or perhaps modern-day Wales)!
That aside, we have an annual gathering in Greensboro, NC (used to be Laddie's and Duke's before it closed, last year was the Village Tavern) with a good number of local pipers and a strong showing of kilts. It's part of my masterplan, titled: "How the Irish saved civilization so that Scottish culture could take it over"
