Congratulations on a very serviceable kilt jacket, good job!

The sleeves look a little long. Standing as you are in these pictures, a little past the bend in your wrist is good. All the way to your knuckles it a bit much.

I personally find changing the sleeve length on a jacket a bit tricky to get a good job on, but not impossible. If you do decide to shorten the sleeves a little, and it gets too daunting, it is a very standard alteration that any tailor can help you with.

Sleeves are next on my list for this jacket. After getting the main work of the conversion done I just couldn't wait to wear it out for the day! I had a long coat on over the whole thing so the sleeves weren't really an issue today, but for sure I need to fix them before summer rolls around.
