I'm not sure that gentlemen are ever permitted to play pool, jacket or no jacket.

At least Kilt's don't have pockets, so we do not have to worry about THAT variation.

Gentlemen play billards or snooker and only on a full size table, pool was invented for the rabble to keep them amusued
