Na, what you need is some salsa from Taos: the habanero and red chili kind. And you put that on the black beans with some sour cream or cheese or something like that; plain yoghurt also works. Then you take your corn tortillas and you toast them on the stove burner or the cast iron skillet, spoon some of the beans on the tortilla, fold it or roll it, and eat.
Make sure you have a glass of milk handy...
