Wow....
I'm in love with this kilt/ pleating style.
It's modern but stylish classic but contemporary.
Somebody mentioned bruce wayne, I agree.
I really really like it. Hope I can persuade someone to make me this kilt one day.

I would say spats. Those kilts are a bit short, but heck, what do I know about fashion.

Inspiration struck...as soon as I'm done with my next kilt(just started it), a RevK in ACU digital camo, I'm making one inspired by this design in heavy poly-cotton or poly-hemp in very dark grey or black. Thanks for the idea!
