I'd ask them directly. Ask if they make their kilts on premesis or if they use a kiltmaker in Scotland. Either way, I'm sure Doug will take care of you.

I've been to the store here in Ipswich, and they most certainly make kilts in their store......you can stand and watch them working, sewing and pleating if you like.

I'm not sure who makes the kilts sold from St Kilda in the UK.
