FWIW, pull 'er up a bit and it'll look twice as good! You've got it at your pants waist...hang 'er from your natural waist, belt up, and it'll look awesome! Most kilts...other than kilts meant to hang from the pants waist...will have a 2" rise or so, meaning two inches or thereabouts above the bellybutton. Another way to doublecheck is to simply kneel on the floor while kilted...pull the top of the kilt up or down as required to get the kilt just barely brushing the floor...stand, and you've got it!
