Yes, but you can get a magnifying glass. It would be like one of those guys who writes ten-thousand names on a grain of rice, or draws pictures on bamboo slivers that can fit through an eye of a sewing needle.

People could pay you to scratch names on their teeth, like tooth tattoos...

Or you could make sporran cantles of bone, or what ever, and do the scrimshaw art on those.
