Techdragon, was your son a patient at UW childrens hospital? What years? My first son was treated for ALL at UW 1999-2010.
I will have forrestermodern order a kids kilt for our 2 year old.
I hope you raise lots of $. We continue to raise money for the Leukemia and lymphoma Society.

Yes! We were at UW - from 2004-2007. The staff and nurses there are the best in the world.
Thank you for your well wishes

Yes, they are the best. I have many friends there. In fact that is where I met forrestermodern. You may very well have met him since we didn't leave Madison until Dec of 2006. At that time he was the only pediatric radiologist at UW.

From ForresterMOdern, aka Husband of WIFE:
Kilt ordered and donation made.
Congratulations on making it through that long, dark, lonely, rough, frightening and soul-searching tunnel, and coming out the other side with a cure, and a more solid faith in life to boot. No one can ever really understand what you have been through, but we can see and understand your pride, grace, and gratitude. I think this is a wonderful way of paying back and paying forward at the same time. We will be proud to clad our son in your kilt.
May you and yours always be well and happy,
jeff foster, Caroll Foster, and Carter Foster

Just found this via a post in General Kilt Talk. I'll be talking with the wife (mine, not ForrestModerns') about getting a kilt for our son and making a donation.
We've been blessed to have two healthy children, but know folks personally who have not been so lucky. The little bit we can do comes from our gratefulness and desire to help others in a bad spot.
I wish I believed in reincarnation. Where's Charles Martel when you need him?

Might I ask if the option to add the logo with the donation is going to be a permanent addition to your kilts, or ust for the month of September? I want to do this, but my budget is not quite this flexible at the moment. (I am ordering a t-shirt, now though.)
